What to EXPECT?
At We the Redeemed you will be greeted with warm handshakes, coffee, and big smiles. One of our core values is to be a "Covenant Community." That means we are a community of believers bonded together by the blood of Christ from all nations, people and color. Currently, the majority of the ministry is of Korean descent, but we aim to be a Ministry that reflects the full spectrum of the family of God and receive all with open arms and love. The current demographics is a mixture of college students and young professionals; age ranging from 18-30 years old. On a typical Sunday you can expect anywhere between 20-35 worshipers. Immediately following service, lunch is provided; typically a Korean dish.
What to WEAR?
Most people will be dressed comfortably; shorts and running shoes to dresses and button ups. We aim to be a community who worships in "Spirit and Truth" (John 4:34). It's a matter of the heart and as our Lord and Savior does not judge a book by the cover, we also choose to look at the heart of every individual.
What do we have for CHILDREN & YOUTH?
Currently, we do not have any child care or youth group to cover our current time of worship from 9:30 AM -11:00 AM. At the present moment, the WTR demographic does not currently have this need. As the ministry grows and matures we will look to establish a ministry for children and youth during our current worship service.
From our 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM time frame, we do offer Early Child Ministries (toddlers), Children's Ministry (elementary), and Burning Heart Ministries (youth ministry) for children and youth. It is also at this time in which the church Korean Ministry will be holding their main service and WTR will be having lunch.
