Covenant Community

Blood is thicker than water. God knits a family through the cross of Jesus Christ, known as the Church. We are not a program, business, or a club but a family. We love, protect, and serve one another.
Genuine Encounter
John 3:16
It is through the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus that man is able to genuinely encounter the love of God. Through the truth of the gospel, God our Father wants to bring us into a loving relationship with Him in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Unceasing Mission
Matthew 28:19-20
We have a mission. God calls believers to be people of influence in every area of society in order to make disciples of all nations. The Holy Spirit guides the believer and empowers them with spiritual gifts to accomplish God’s mission.
Radical Transformation

Actions speak louder than words. It is the Christian’s right, privilege, and destiny to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ in his or her motives, thoughts, actions, affections, and life direction. The Holy Spirit empowers the Christian to be more like Jesus.

What?
House Church is a community that fulfills all the intrinsic purposes of church. House churches are shepherded by lay-leaders and made up of 6 to 12 people meeting in their homes. In the New Testament scriptures, it says that the early churches met in each other’s homes and they created a dynamic church that was made disciples of all nations.
why?
The purpose of House Church is to be the church Jesus had in mind. We desire to recover the vitality of the first century church’s faith community. The House Church is geared towards witnessing to unbelievers and in so doing, fulfilling the church’s original purpose of “saving the lost and making disciples of Jesus Christ”.

We meet every Friday evening in people’s homes.
